Jen is a native Wichitan who has been in the local food scene for over 13 years. For the last 5 years she has been the proud owner of The Monarch, a whiskey bar located in the heart of Delano. She has grown her whiskey collection to be the largest in the State of Kansas and has been named one of the 50 Best Bourbon Bars in the United States. When she is not sampling whiskey, Jen enjoys volunteering for local non-profits and spending time with her family.
