Maggie has a passion for air and earned her bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering and master’s in innovation design at Wichita State University. The latter, she says, taught her about the art of empathy, a cornerstone of the program. She loves golf, gardening and gastronomy. She likes to build and is fearless about rolling up her sleeves and trying new things. She has worked in the National Institute for Aviation Research wind tunnel and was part of the team that won a Johnson & Johnson design competition in 2018.
Josh Oeding joined e2e Accelerator as the President & CEO in July of 2018. In this role, he is leading the re-visioning of the organization and helping to chart the course for the Wichita Startup Ecosystem. He spent the previous 10 years with Koch Industries, and held various innovation and leadership roles during that time. Most recently, he was the Vice President, Marketing & Strategy for EFT Analytics, a SaaS advanced analytics platform for industrial intelligence. In that role, he was part of the team that acquired the company and then lead the commercial development process as the team grew from 15 employees to nearly 70 over a two year period.
Prior to Koch he spent time in technology investment / venture capital and business development.
Josh earned his degree in entrepreneurship from Wichita State University and lives in Wichita with his wife Shelly and three children, Samuel, Abigail, and Hannah.
In 1997, Gary formed Occidental Management, Inc., a turn-key real estate development firm consisting of project design, development, and property management brokerage services. With Gary as Chairman and CEO, Occidental currently owns and operates a portfolio of commercial real estate assets in the Midwest consisting of approximately two million plus square feet. The company’s vision is to provide the best quality product at the best value in the market to create win-win opportunities for our customers and partners. Occidental is known for its innovative and dynamic concepts in development and repositioning of real estate assets and has created a unique development design and operating platform that is based on solid financial performance and value creation for its partners while providing high quality and high value for its tenants both small and large. Gary has developed a strong contingent of high net worth capital partners who have invested equity in over twenty assets for long-term value creation and stable cash flow yields.
Gary has over thirty-one years of active entrepreneurial experience in a variety of business ventures. He is the Managing Member of over 30 holding entities including oil/gas, advertising, Real Estate, retail wine and spirits, agriculture and alternative energy industries, which operate throughout the Midwest. Gary carries a Class B International Builders Certificate as well as a Kansas Commercial Real.
Starting out on a small farm in Kansas, Jason found a passion in technology and it's ability to improve processes and scale what a small team could do. Ultimately this lead to his current role as CoFounder & CTO at Quicc. He is passionate about helping the new wave of video content creators spend their time being creative not being bogged down in post production. Quicc does this by automating the transcription & post production process of adding captions to video by eliminating over 90% of the tedious manual process traditionally used to add captions.
Becky Tuttle was elected as the council member to District 2 in 2019. Tuttle has over twenty years of professional experience engaging community partners through grassroots local coalition efforts focusing on tobacco, physical activity, healthy eating, oral health, fetal infant mortality and worksite wellness. The majority of the experience has focused on policy and environmental changes to improve the health of the community.
Tuttle is a solution-focused executive with a comprehensive background in membership development, program management, fiscal accountability and partnership maintenance within the community, public health and clinical care. Tuttle served on City of Wichita District II Advisory Board since 2016 and was Chairperson in 2018. In addition, Tuttle served on the City of Wichita Park Foundation Board, City of Wichita Sister City Board, Open Streets ICT Executive Committee and 2019 American League of Cities All-American City Award Planning Committee. Tuttle also secured funding to implement Bike Share ICT, a 200 bicycle fleet system that serves way to attract and retain young talent to the community.
Tuttle has a Master of Arts from Appalachian State University in Student Development Administration and a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Dakota in Psychology and Alcohol and Drug Abuse Studies.
In addition, Tuttle is a Kansas Public Health Leadership Institute Scholar, Advance Kansas graduate, Dental Champion, Kansas Leadership Center Champion, Leadership Wichita participant, and Leadership Kansas nominee. Tuttle has led a grassroots initiative to educate the community on the importance role that health and public health plays in the community's vitality, including the development and implementation of a Public Health Sister City Site Visit. Ms. Tuttle is also intricately involved in promoting civic engagement and implemented a "Vote Like a Mother" campaign in the fall of 2016 to encourage young mothers to vote in the upcoming elections.
Tuttle has been a Wichita resident for 17 years and is married to Patrick Tuttle. They enjoy traveling, walking, reading, going to movies and exploring Wichita's many amenities.
