About this event

Before You Scale: Legal Readiness as a Woman Founder’s Competitive Advantage

Every founder eventually learns that legal readiness is not a compliance checkbox but how you earn trust. For women founders, who are so often asked to prove more with less, getting the foundations right early can be a quiet superpower: a clean IP posture, defensible data practices, and enterprise-grade contracts let you walk into a customer or investor meeting with proof, not promises.

Yelena will share what she sees across her AI and SaaS clients—the foundational mistakes that quietly kill deals, and the inexpensive early moves that let small teams punch above their weight. The conversation is practical, candid, and grounded in real deals, with a focus on what women founders can do now to position themselves for enterprise customers and institutional investors.

The session includes a live Founder Clinic, where Yelena will respond to challenges submitted in advance by participating startups and offer practical guidance.

Note: To submit your challenge, please send it to startupgrindyerevan@gmail.com no later than August 26th.
