Agricultural engineer with a post-graduate degree in environmental economics. Hermes, has a strange affection to divert from 'usual' ways or strategies for problem solving, continuously developing skills on different project appraisal tools, creative methodologies and communication techniques. As a creative strategist he uses Design Thinking as a core tool, and his training on facilitating LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® combined with Art of Hosting toolbox & business model prototyping has been useful to consult around 20+ organizations (SMEs, NGOs and governmental bodies) through co-creating and innovating better businesses.

Hermes is currently managing Impact Hub Zagreb, a pioneer and thought leader on entrepreneurship for social impact, he supports and mentors early stage entrepreneurs and provides business strategy consulting to several organizations. In short he is an engineer by theory and a creative thinker by practice.
