    From 1 >10 > 100 Customers: Tactics That Work? 🎯

Getting your first customer feels like magic, right? Now, Getting your 10th proves you’re onto something. 👉 But getting your 100th shows you’re building a real business. Of course, the tactics you use at each stage are completely different. Here are some cool strategies I’ve seen (and used): 1st Customer Sell the problem, not the product. Leverage warm intros and your own network (friends, ex-colleagues, mentors). Offer concierge-style onboarding, which means do things that won’t scale, but could have a great impact, 10th Customer Double down on the use case that resonated most - Build your own best pratices! Create lightweight case studies/social proof (like building in public) from your early wins. Start experimenting with repeatable channels (email outreach, communities, events). 100th Customer Build scalable processes (onboarding, support, success, and affiliate programs). Invest in content & SEO so leads come inbound - especially from your founder perspective. Referrals and partnerships start to matter more than hustle alone. What worked for you in getting your first, 10th, and 100th customer? Any hacks, stories, or surprises you’d share with other founders? 💯
