Offer concierge-style onboarding, which means do things that won’t scale, but could have a great impact,
10th Customer
Double down on the use case that resonated most - Build your own best pratices!
Create lightweight case studies/social proof (like building in public) from your early wins.
Start experimenting with repeatable channels (email outreach, communities, events).
100th Customer
Build scalable processes (onboarding, support, success, and affiliate programs).
Invest in content & SEO so leads come inbound - especially from your founder perspective.
Referrals and partnerships start to matter more than hustle alone.
