Partnerships/Account Coordinator

Startup Grind is looking for a Partnerships/Account Coordinator to work closely with the Marketing and Partnerships team, helping execute strategic global partnerships as well as event/conference sponsorships, working with large corporates and startups alike.

We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, with an acute attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.  An interest in learning to sell is a bonus as this role provides maximum growth opportunity for that.

The Partnerships/Account Coordinator will be responsible for managing the relationship with top partners and delivering on all needs and ultimately, enhancing the value and lifespan of our partnerships. The day-to-day includes, but is not limited to:

  • Interfacing with partner teams on a regular basis, corresponding via email, phone, in-person meetings
  • Organizing marketing materials (logos, branding)
  • Developing and executing media campaigns (content, ads, etc.)
  • Coordinating necessary logistics (prep and delivery for sponsorship of on-site events, conferences)
  • Research/pulling data,
  • Organizing invoices, contracts
  • Tracking deliverables and metrics throughout the campaign (fulfillment)
  • In some cases, the opportunity to create content and help develop the strategy for a campaign

You’ll be joining a small startup that’s built by a hard-working, lean team. We’ll want you to be scrappy and ready to take on a lot of responsibility, with guidance and mentorship along the way.

At least 1-year account management/customer relations experience preferred.

Ideally based in the Bay Area, with the opportunity to work from San Francisco office at least 3 days/week.
