Pablo is the CEO of Joyería Castro, a 80 year old jewelry retailer and is founder of Futuros Fundadores, a organization that focuses on teaching high school students from low social economic backgrounds about entrepreneurship, leadership, team work and values. He is a university profesor at UNIBE and in his free time he enjoyes martial arts, reading and traveling.
Sebastian Yerovi is the Co-Director of Startup Grind Quito, developing the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Ecuador. He works as a Data Engineer at Imbeau, a tech startup based out of the US. Prior to Startup Grind, Sebastian worked in corporate banking, and advertising. He is currently focusing in applied exponential technologies, specially in Artificial Intelligence development and its impact in shaping the future. He holds a B.A in Marketing from USFQ and has studied at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

As a Growth Hacker, Francisco focuses on strategies to increase the activity and development of the entrepreneurial community in Ecuador. He is a Finance undergrad senior student at Universidad San Francisco de Quito and has experience as a Business Analyst Intern at Tata Consultancy Services. For his junior year, he studied at Boston College Carroll School of Management, where he was part of the University Chorale. Francisco speaks five languages, is an amateur cook, and likes to read and travel.
