Kimberly A. Fredericks, Ph.D, MPA, RD, is an associate dean, professor, and Chair of Graduate Programs at the Sage Colleges. The founder of the Sage MBA program, she brings a unique and entrepreneurial approach to running the Sage School of Management; creating an environment where - not unlike a startup - faculty are encouraged to assess and pivot if their teaching methodology isn't producing the desired results.
Kim has also been the driving force behind expanding the Sage Colleges' reach to the Saratoga Springs community by making its MBA program available at HVCC's Malta TEC-SMART location.
An expert in social network analysis and evaluation within the public and nonprofit healthcare sectors, Kim's work has appeared in New Directions for Evaluation and the American Journal of Evaluation. Recently, Kim was a co-PI for a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Grant and a grant from the University of Kentucky Public Health Service Center.
