Each year at Startup Grind we set aside the month of May to recognize and celebrate Women Leaders throughout our global network, during our "Women Take The Stage" events. That's why we're so excited to sit down with Lorraine Ferguson; entrepreneur, Sandler Training Associate, and author of the marvelous, best-selling "The Unapologetic Saleswoman: Breaking the Barriers, Beating the Odds" Lorraine is a dynamic, enthusiastic speaker certified in the proprietary Sandler selling system.

In its purest form, sales are simply the exchange of goods for money.  And the reality is, without exception, every company NEEDS the sale of products and services to stay in business.
