In his native Ohio. Steven Flenory started indie game studio Masterdom Productions. His leadership, hands-on approach & hi-quality deliverables quickly elevated him to Studio Head at Agora Games in Troy, NY. Agora flourished under Steven’s lead & became one of the most reliable game services providers in the industry. They were acquired in 2010 by Major League Gaming, then in 2016 by Warner Bros.
This is Part I of an exploration of our Region's burgeoning and increasingly successful gaming community.
Steven Flenory founded the successful Masterdom Productions, an indie game studio in his native Ohio. Steven's leadership, hands-on approach & high-quality deliverables quickly elevated him to Studio Head at Agora Games in Troy, NY. Agora flourished under Steven’s lead and became one of the most reliable game services providers in the industry before being acquired first by Major League Gaming in 2010, then by Warner Bros. in 2016.
Steven is a hands-on, results-driven executive with over 18 years of experience managing and developing successful teams and technology-focused organizations. He genuinely loves providing others with the tools, direction, and autonomy needed to help them realize their potential and develop their skill sets to become leaders themselves. He is a frequent speaker at community events, as well as a volunteer and board member of several organizations, most notably the Rensselaer County Chamber of Commerce and TBU Productions.
When not buried in his computer, Steven is a husband and father of 3 beautiful little girls and a handsome little boy.
