Vic and Heather have become known for their keen eye in selecting, purchasing and rehabbing vacant or dilapidated historical buildings and transforming them into eclectic and wildly popular local treasures. Lucas Confectionary, a wine bar serving natural and organic wines and small plates (noted by both the NY Times and Daily News as a catalyst in the renewed interest in Troy, NY); Peck’s Arcade, a casual fine dining restaurant recently named one of OpenTable’s 100 Hottest Restaurants in America; and Twenty Two Second Street Wine Co., a boutique natural wine shop offering specialty small production vintages.
