In partnership with HubSpot, We are hosting a Customer Development Workshop.


Customer development allows companies to understand the market needs and develop multiple potential solutions; from there, the process calls out the assumptions behind the various hypotheses (operating under the assumption that the company is starting with no facts prior to this exercise) and then validates those assumptions. After delivering an MVP, begin continual re-evaluation to ensure the solution is optimized to deliver value and achieve the business’s goals. Also, learn what a buyer persona is and how to conduct research, surveys, and interviews to build your own.


The workshop will be conducted by Eoin Mcguinness, Head of Startups CEE & MEA at HubSpot. Eoin works closely with 80 of the top VCs, Accelerators & Incubators in the regions to help startups scale fast! Alongside this Eoin is an Entrepreneur & Angel Investor who currently runs 2 #sustainable-first businesses. In 2012, He had his first successful exit at the age of 22. He was also the Head of Sales for a Startup with a sales team of 9 and grew the business from $1.2m to $4.8m in 16 months + plus a Seed Funding round.
