We're excited to welcome Adam Jay Harrison, who is John R. Boyd National Security Innovation Fellow at New York University (NYU) and the Command Innovation Officer of the United States Army Futures Command. He recently served as the Director of the MD5 National Security Technology Accelerator in the Office of the Secretary of Defense and has previously founded and led multiple high-tech startups.

We're excited to welcome Adam Jay Harrison to Startup Grind Austin this month!

Adam Jay Harrison is the John R. Boyd National Security Innovation Fellow at New York University (NYU) and the Command Innovation Officer of the United States Army Futures Command. He previously served as the Director of the MD5 National Security Technology Accelerator in the Office of the Secretary of Defense.

Jay is a long-time national security innovation leader, having led (2003-2006) one of the first rapid acquisition organizations established by the Department of Defense in the aftermath of the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001. Under his leadership, the U.S. Army Technical Operations Support Activity earned an unprecedented three consecutive Army Greatest Invention awards (2004-2006) for delivering life-saving solutions to the front lines of conflict in Iraq, Afghanistan, and around the world.
