Etibar bəy Data Science Academy(www.dsa.az) və QSS Analytics MMC-ni (www.qss.az) idarə edicisidir və statistik metodologiyalar və proqram təminatı sahəsində və R, Python, SPSS Modeler, Tableau, Hadoop, Spark kimi müxtəlif proqramlaşdırma dillərində məlumat texnologiyaları və analitika sənayesində uzun illər praktiki təcrübəyə malik olan məlumat alimidir. Azərbaycan Dövlət İqtisad Universitetində və Bakı Mühəndislik Universitetində data elmləri, analitika və statistika fənlərini tədris etməklə yanaşı, hal-hazırda məlumatlarla zəngin bir sıra tanınmış təşkilatlarda data elmləri üzrə məsləhətçi, eləcə də tədqiqat yönümlü tibb qrupunun məsləhətçisi kimi fəaliyyət göstərir.
