Əhmədova Emiliya artıq 10 ildir ki təhsil, tədqiqat və marketinq sahəsindədir. Rome Business School və George Washington Universitetlərinin məzunudur. Əvvəlki illərdə Azərbaycan Dövlət İqtisad Universiteti və ADA Universitetində Marketinq və Marketinq menecmenti dərslərini tədris etmişdir. Hazırda Baki Ali Neft Məktəbində baş müəllim olaraq çalışır. Karyerası əzrində çoxsaylı yerli və xarici layihələrdə, təbbirlərdə, təlimlərdə iştirak etmişdir. İstyehlakçı davranışı istiqaməti üzrə tədqiqatlar aparır. Marketinq, Brandig və data analizi üzrə təlimçi kimi çıxış edir. Amerika Marketinq Assosiasiyasının Professional Certified Marketer certifikatına sahibdir.
