Prior to joining Target Team, Malin was the CEO of Tele2 Netherlands. For more than 15 years she has been working in the Technology/Telecommunications industry across Europe. At Tele2, Malin drove significant profitability increase via digitalization, customer experience and operational efficiency in Croatia, Central Europe and the Netherlands.
Before that, Malin worked with technology innovation at Tele2 in Stockholm and Vodafone in London, driving innovation through developing new products such as voice solutions, mobile money and IoT, and acquiring tech startups. Previous experience includes over ten years Strategy M&A/ Due Diligence in Technology at Marakon Associates, ATKearney and Morgan Stanley – mainly based in London. Malin holds an MBA from INSEAD in France/Singapore and a Master of Science in Economics from Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden.
Derek Andersen is the co-founder and CEO of Bevy, a SaaS product that helps companies build community in real life. Bevy powers event communities for Salesforce, Atlassian, Asana, Duolingo, and others. Derek co-founded Startup Grind, a community of over 600 Chapters in 120 countries designed to educate, inspire, and connect entrepreneurs. Since 2012 Startup Grind has hosted 7,000 events for more than 250,000 people. In 2010 he co-founded Commonred which was acquired by Income.com. Derek also previously worked at Electronic Arts on games like Burnout and The Sims 3. Derek lives in Palo Alto CA with his wife and four children.
Caroline Chayot is a Partner at Atomico where she helps companies hire, develop and retain the best talent in Europe. Previously she led the EMEA HR team at Twitter, where she supported the leadership team in scaling the business from two to six markets and grew the team from 80 based in London to 500 across the region. Prior to that she worked at Google in HR for 9 years.
Miguel Andres is an Argentinian IT Executive, Entrepreneur and Computer Science Researcher with 15+ years of experience. Throughout his career, he has focused his talent and energy on improving people's lives with technology. Miguel obtained a BSc and a MSc degree in Computer Science from the National University of Córdoba in 2006. While studying, Miguel worked at various IT-related companies including starting up his own company in 2004, PuntoAr, a company providing IT services to multiple SMBs. After graduating in 2006 he moved to the Netherlands and then to Paris as a Ph.D. and Postdoctoral researcher in computer security. To this day, his ground-breaking research has been published in various prestigious conferences and journals, reaching 1000+ citations across his 15+ publications.
Looking for ways to increase his impact on people’s lives with technology, Miguel joined Google Headquarters in California in 2012 as a Software Engineer. He worked in various high visibility teams and was promoted rapidly within the company, to become part of the top 5% of Google’s engineer force as a Software Engineer. Among his greatest contributions, was his lead on the Google Pay Transit product (the product has launched across the globe and today involves 100+ people) as well as the Google Pay Launch in Japan.
Eager to face new exciting challenges, Miguel moved to Barcelona in 2019 with his wife and newly son to join badi as CTO with the aim of continuing to transform the property sector following the company’s recent $30 million Series B funding announcement.
Venezuelan living in Madrid. Daniela holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the Universidad Simón Bolívar in Caracas-Venezuela and a Masters degree in Strategic Design from IED Master in Madrid-Spain. She jumpstarted Goiko Grill with her brother and parents in 2013. Since then and until 2019 has served as its CMO, and has been able to create along with her marketing team, a Spanish Love Brand and a social media movement that catapulted Goiko’s growth. She proudly earned a National Marketing Award for the company -within other recognitions- and became a keynote speaker that inspired on the matter among entrepreneurs, mainly struggling with her same challenges at first stages. Goiko currently owns 74 restaurants nationwide and employs more than 1200 people, while being a success case for the industry. Daniela calls herself a Love-Storyteller, and she strongly believes in the power of purpose. In addition, Daniela is a mother of one, and loves country music and peanut butter.
Dorion Carroll is a 20-year veteran engineer with deep experience developing product and services in areas including search, email processing, e-commerce, personalization, ad targeting, CRM, data warehousing, order management and financial services. Prior to joining Technorati, Dorion was director of engineering at Postini, Vice President of Engineering and General Manager of Neomeo (which was acquired by Postini), Technologist-in-Residence at Softbank Venture Capital, and Senior Director of Engineering at Excite@Home, among other roles. Dorion has a Bachelor of Arts from Pitzer College, with four years Mathematics / Computer Science at Harvey Mudd College, in Claremont, California.
He'd been working as CTO and CIO at Zynga, the mobile gaming company responsible for titles like Farmville, Clash of Titans, Words with Friends, Zynga Poker and many others, before joining Amazon as VP of Customer Engagement Technologies.

Martin Davis is the CEO of Draper Esprit. He has more than 20 years’ experience in financial services and joined Draper from Aegon Asset Management where he was the Head of Europe, Aegon Asset Management & CEO Kames Capital.
Prior to Aegon Asset Management, Martin served as CEO at Cofunds, spent 8 years at Zurich Insurance Group, and was also CEO of Zurich’s joint venture, Openwork, the largest network of financial advice firms in the UK. Prior to this, Martin held senior management roles at Misys, Corillian and Reuters. Martin also served for 11yrs in the British Army.

With more than 15 years in leadership positions, Jorge is well known in the Startup ecosystem for his experience running Product and Development teams. His background is in Software Engineering, but pretty soon found himself managing teams of developers and designers and obsessing about how teams should work, how to best develop software and successful products and how to optimise for happiness as well as for productivity.
He is most proud of BeBanjo, the company he co-founded in 2008 and later sold to the TDF group, as well as of his time in CARTO, where he led Technology and Product for the last 3 years as Chief Dev. Officer. He recently co-founded Tinybird.co, a startup focused on making data teams more productive through simple and highly scalable real-time APIs. Adam Lasri is a Senior Associate in the investment team at Atomico where he works on sourcing and due diligence of investment opportunities and portfolio management for France, Spain and Portugal. Prior to joining Atomico, Adam was Head of Expansion for an on-demand logistics startup where he led the company’s launch across five cities in the UK and two in Spain. Before that, Adam spent three years at Barclays’ Investment Banking Division in London.
Dhiraj Mukherjee is one of the cofounders of the music identifying service, Shazam. He completed his Master's at Stanford University in 1997 and currently serves as the Head of Banking Innovation for Virgin Money in the United Kingdom. Prior to starting Shazam, Mukherjee worked in consulting for Bain & Company and as a Project Manager for Viant Corp.
