Timothy I. Mason is a executive vice president with Kidder Mathews. Mason brings his breadth of skills and experience to benefit clients in the life science and research industries, in the sale and purchase of investment and development properties and assisting clients to meet their existing and future corporate space needs.

On joining Kidder Mathews in 1999, Mason brought over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry to the firm. Mason moved to the United States, from London, in 1981 and became managing director of Jones Lang Wootton’s West Coast operations. Subsequently Mason was a founding partner in Knight Frank’s San Francisco office which became the North American headquarters for this international full service real estate firm.

Aileen specializes in the sales and leasing of office and office R&D product in Oakland, Emeryville, and Berkeley. She’s been involved in leasing and selling of commercial property in Alameda county for over 31 years. Her clients include developers, receivers, institutional investors, local property owners, private and public companies, non-profits, local, regional and national tenants. Aileen has a strong understanding of the mechanics of the various small municipalities in Alameda County. She prides herself in being able to deliver superior service based on her knowledge and years of experience in a small geographic area.

Has worked in the East Bay since 1991. Much of his work, prior to real estate, involved and was associated with art, furniture design and fabrication, architecture, construction, structural engineering, project/production/shop management, and hands-on metal and wood fabrication. The choice to go into commercial real estate was made while finishing his degree in architecture at UC Berkeley.

Since jumping into real estate, he's had the luxury of working with many business and personal investors in a diverse commercial market encompassing office, industrial and retail uses. We say luxury because although business is business, many of his clients take it personally.

Stephen joined Cresa in January 2012. Previously, he was an associate director at the tenant representation firm AEGIS Realty Partners.

Stephen’s exclusive focus on the representation of life sciences and technology tenants throughout the Bay Area has allowed him to develop a competitive advantage for his clients. In addition to his commitment to aligning his client’s real estate and business objectives, Stephen’s advising services include strategic planning, financial analysis, site evaluation, and lease negotiations. His LEED accreditation adds value in advising clients for which sustainability is an important component of site selection or tenant improvement planning. 

With over fifteen years of strategy and operations experience, his skillsets center on new market launch strategies, creating successful long term road maps, data-informed project management, and stakeholder relationship growth.

He is a co-founder of a successful street-level co working space in downtown Berkeley, and has previously co-lead a national co working company remotely. His current business endeavor has reached a growth stage where he can hand off the leadership to someone else, and is looking for the next opportunity to make an impact in the world. 

Anthony Shell joined Avison Young in July, 2014 as Vice President. Based in the Bay Area, Anthony's focus is on tenant representation in three main sectors: Non-profit, Tech/Startup, and Professional Services firms.

On behalf of his clients, Anthony’s goal is to provide an expert from his team for every phase of office relocations, renewals or strategy development related to portfolio optimization. In addition to site selection and economics negotiation, Anthony employs a full time project management team at his cost to assist with every logistical detail, including, but not limited to, move coordination, office design, furniture procurement and design, construction management, and bidding movers, data/telco vendors, and others.

Deeply involved in the non-profit community, Anthony continues to assist much of the Bay Area’s social change organizations with their space needs.
