Jonas Leve, Founder of the 7Mind App - Mindfulness and how meditation can benefit your business

Tuesday, January 29, 2019, 5:30 – 8:30 PM UTC

Jonas studied economics at University Witten/Herdecke, during which time he worked for various corporate & consulting companies. A year before graduating, he founded 7Mind with his fellow student Manuel Ronnefeldt & Zen teacher Paul Kohtes. The founders’ vision was to create a tool that enables people to stay calm, optimistic & true to themselves in today’s fast-paced &constantly changing world.

About this event

Over 10,000 scientific studies prove the incredible benefits of meditation. Just 7 minutes per day are enough to change your daily life. Mindfulness can improve concentration, creativity, sleep, boost overall health and wellbeing, and reduce stress and anxiety.

These are enough reasons for us to start the year 2019 with inner strength and we’re very excited about our Fireside Chat with Jonas Leve.

Jonas and his Co-Founder Manuel founded 7Mind in 2014 while they were students at University Witten/Herdecke, with a vision to create a product to teach everyone how to meditate, no matter the time or place.

7Mind is Europe's most popular mindfulness app and it helps you become a happier, more confident person.

Their product and method are scientifically tested and proven & all of their meditations have been created together with experts, including renowned Zen teacher and entrepreneur Paul J. Kohtes, mind and body scientist Prof. Dr. Med. Tobias Esch and Jonathan Lehmann.

As a second project, the team began a conference series in cooperation with Google, entitled the MIND CONFERENCES, to discuss mindfulness and how meditation can benefit businesses.

Please join us for an inspiring evening with Jonas Leve, when we talk about Mindfulness & the Power of Meditation.
