Ben Wolf, founder and CEO of Fractional Leadership LLC, is the author of Fractional Leadership: Landing Executive Talent You Thought Was Out of Reach. Ben serves clients as a Fractional Integrator (outsourced COO) through his firm, Wolf's Edge Consulting, through which he and the other Fractional Integrators at the firm have searched for and found multiple Fractional Leaders for clients.

When searching for Fractional Leaders, the hardest thing he found was the long, laborious, manual search process. He had to manually explore a completely non-standardized set of individual websites to try and tease out whether they had the industry or situational experience we needed, where they were located, and what they charged. Even then, he was forced to engage in endless calls with people who ended up being out of budget, lacking the right experience, or incompatible in some other way.

He created www.FractionalLeadership.io to fill this need and wrote the book to educate business owners and leaders on what Fractional Leadership is, how it helps them break through the ceilings they're slamming their heads against, and how it works.
