Drazen Orescanin is one of three founders and partners at Poslovna inteligencija, leading implementer of analytical IT systems in Croatia and South East Europe. He started to work as first employee in Poslovna inteligencija in 2001, first at the position of Director of Strategy and Development, and then, since 2010 as President of the Board. Since 2022 he started his position as board member in charge of business development in Legit Software, software spin-off of Poslovna inteligencija. From 2013 to 2015 he was Member of the board of Croatian independent software exporters association CISEx. He is one of the founders and Board member of Udruga Glas Poduzetnika (Voice of the Entrepreneur Association) and one of the founders and mentors in BIRD Incubator for AI and analytics.
Roxana Guiman is managing partner of PrivacyON, a law office specialized in data protection, and founder and trainer at Privacy Learning, a training platform for online and in-class training focused on data protection and related subjects. Roxana has over 9 years of experience as a lawyer, with a solid background in the IT sector, that gives her an applied and interdisciplinary perspective on data protection, IP and e-commerce.
Cristina Nastase has practical experience in implementing the principles and concepts of personal data protection in all business operations for the BCR Group, covering areas such as banking, investments and savings, leasing, insurance and other related business processes, acting as Group Data Protection since May, 2018. She is an active member of the Romanian Banking Association being involved in all data protection initiatives at industry level. With an overall experience in the banking industry of over 15 years, Cristina has extensive legal background in various areas of expertise, including corporate governance, competition, mergers & acquisitions and experience in mitigating corporate and compliance risks.
