Jianchao Wang, founder of aobag.com, set up his company to increase the recycling rate of urban garbage in China through complete market means and IT technologies.

aobag.com uses a reusable bag which has unique 2D barcode to trace the source of recyclables and rewards participants on WeChat.

Before founding aobag.com, he was the CEO of Chengdu GreenEarth, which covered more than 200,000 families in 584 communities of Chengdu. GreenEarth’s project was also viewed as the biggest pilot garbage separation project running by private force in China. Before GreenEarth, Jianchao was product director in LightInTheBox.com for two years and product manager in Microsoft for 5 years.
