Elizabeth Lessner is the CEO/Founder of the Columbus Food League that includes Betty's Fine Food and Spirits, The Surly Girl Saloon, Tip Top Kitchen and Cocktails, Dirty Frank's Hot Dog Palace, The Jury Room, Grass Skirt Tiki Room, The Chintz Room and the soon to open Franklinton Tap Room. Lessner's restaurants have received local, regional and national attention for their green initiatives and creative food. Lessner is also owner/operator of Eartha Limited, a restaurant recycling and hauling company specializing in greening Central Ohio restaurants. Ms. Lessner is a social entrepreneur actively engaged in Green initiatives, downtown development and community affairs. Lessner serves on the board and is past president of the Central Ohio Restaurant Association. Responsible small business, community building, mentoring and social entrepreneurship are all passions of Ms. Lessner.
