Mark is a founder and investor in several high-growth, technology-based companies, including: Updox, a rapidly adopted practice communications and CRM SaaS platform for physician offices; InfoMotion Sports, a pioneer and market leader in creating virtual competitions and sophisticated skills analysis for ball sports; and hc1.com, the market-leading CRM/Business Intelligence SaaS platform for laboratories. Mark is a also director for several other technology companies, including MBA Focus, InnerApps, and Vantage Point Logistics. He is also a Co-founder of SafeWhite, a natural teeth whitening product company. He also serves on the board of Huntington Mutual Funds and Huntington Strategy Shares.

Mark was the founder of HUBLink, which became the global leader in hospital systems connectivity and is now the healthcare integration division of Infor. HUBLink and a competitor merged to form Healthcare.com, a NASDAQ-listed company, where he served as a director, CFO, and SVP of Product Planning, managing profitable growth to over $60 million prior to being acquired.
