James Johnson has been a blockchain technology enthusiast since 2014 by way of Dogecoin and Bitcoin. James co-founded the Dallas Ethereum Developers Meetup with Hudson Jameson. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS in Computer Information Systems and an International Business certification. James has worked at 4 startups, founding one of them, and 3 enterprise companies. Prior to co-founding Oaken Innovations, James led the Blockchain Innovation Lab at MoneyGram, implementing the first implementation of Ripple for money remittance program there.
