driversselect is a privately held retailer of “nearly new” vehicles with revenues of $170M. As founder and president of driversselect, Steve Hall has dedicated much of his professional career to “re-imagining” the retail car business through a culture of care. Hall believes driversselect is a platform that will serve as an exemplar for how businesses can scale through a higher purpose focused on bringing more care into the workplace. The model is based on a concept of caring about creating value for multiple stakeholders a business is able to generate unprecedented levels of loyalty that creates sustainable revenues and profits. 

Hall  spends a significant amount of his energy helping promote the tenets of Conscious Capitalism in hopes to inspire other entrepreneurs and business leaders to build organizations with a higher purpose and conscious leaders.

Hall also serves as the Chairman of the National Automotive Finance Association where he spends time helping build a healthier and more sustainable auto finance marketplace through continuous education and promoting more responsible lending practices.
