Paul is a Colorado native and huge tech startup enthusiast. He co-founded and sold a tech startup Augur to BounceX, and has since turned his attention to investing and venture capital. He has created a new investment firm, SmartCapital, that is going to invest in a portfolio of 30 fast-growth companies located in Colorado. He co-leads the largest blockchain community in Colorado, Colorado Blockchain, as well as was appointed by the Governor to join the Colorado Blockchain Council where he lead the General Regulatory Environment Working Group.
