Chris Schwalbach is the founder and CEO of AVL Growth Partners, a full stack CFO firm based in Colorado. Chris leads the team of over 50 finance & accounting professionals and has worked with over 1,000 high growth businesses while leading AVL. AVL’s team has helped its client raise over $750M and has over $600M in client revenue under management.

Prior to founding AVL in 2009, Chris served as a CFO for several early stage companies helping launch products, raise and deploy capital, and drive profitability. Chris also worked in the corporate finance group of StorageTek prior to its sale to Sun Microsystems (now Oracle) as well as with Arthur Andersen as part of its audit and business consulting practices. Chris was a Dean’s Scholar at the University of Michigan’s Ross Graduate School of Business and graduated with Accounting & Finance degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Outside of work, Chris loves being outside with his wife and kids savoring all the beauty that Colorado has to offer.
