Paul is a Colorado native and huge tech startup and blockchain enthusiast. He co-leads the largest blockchain community in Colorado, Colorado Blockchain, as well as was appointed by the Governor to join the Colorado Blockchain Council where lead the General Regulatory Environment Working Group. He co-founded and sold a tech startup Augur to BounceX, at the age of 27 and has since turned his attention to investing and venture capital. He runs an angel group Connector Capital and is actively working on a firm to allow anyone to invest in a portfolio of early-stage tech companies with SmartCapital."
