Tom Danielson is the Founder/CEO of Cinch Cycling Incorporated. After racing his bike professionally for 13 years, Tom wanted to take the knowledge he garnered racing at cycling’s highest level and bring it to working professionals. Tom is changing the sport of cycling entirely with state-of-the-art training techniques that focus on glorifying the process and community rather than race results.
Tom Danielson is the Founder and CEO of Cinch Cycling Incorporated. After racing his bike professionally for 13 years, Tom wanted to take the knowledge he garnered racing at cycling’s highest level and bring it to working professionals. Tom is changing the sport of cycling entirely with state-of-the-art training techniques that focus on glorifying the process and community rather than race results. Tom’s athletes on average receive a 40% increase in sustainable power over 6 months. In addition, Tom teaches his athletes how to use interval training for personal development to improve work and family life.
Tom’s racing accolades include: 8th General Classification Finish and Stage Win in the Tour De France, Winner of the Tour of Utah (twice), Winner of the Tour of Georgia, Stage Winner of the Vuelta Espana’, and multiple, Top 10, General Classification Finishes in Grand Tours. He is also the record holder for the Mt. Washington climb and Mt. Evans climb.
He hails from East Lyme, CT where he grew up riding dirt bikes and racing mountain bikes. He holds a BA in Business Marketing and Psychology from Fort Lewis College. He is the proud father of two, amazing kids and engaged to his business partner and muse.
