BUT - we know this is a big topic, and those outside the capital will want to tune in. With that in mind, we've partnered with Project Forge to deliver a high-quality live streaming experience as well as virtual networking before and after our conversation with Steve on Gather Town. This is a funky platform that looks like an '80s arcade game where you move around a room and interact with other guests almost as well as you could in person. Steve is a startup leader that needs no introduction. As the CEO of Money Dashboard, he led the FinTech to 600k+ users and being recognised as a top 250 FinTech worldwide.

Steve brings 10+ years of leadership experience in tech startups and is a Saltire Fellow as well as a Babson College graduate.

Steve is now the founder of lovelectric, a climate-focused startup on a mission to halve the cost of motoring. You sacrifice a small proportion of your salary in return for a new electric car, typically saving around 50% of the cost through income tax and national insurance. Dec McLaughlin is the founder of DM Nutrition, a 'nutritionist in your pocket' that helps entrepreneurs lose up to 10kg, build 3-4kg muscle and 1/2 their stress levels in as little as 90-days. Dec discovered the power of science-backed nutrition micro-habits during his Medicinal Chemistry masters degree where he helped friends and relatives lose up to 20kg without hours of meal prep or exercise.

His passion for wellbeing and tech has also lead him into his current role of Partnerships Manager at well-tech startup Frog Systems. Frog Systems is a tech-4-good scale-up that provides custom-built video and signposting platforms to inspire teams and communities to get the mental health support they need.
