Anne Farr is Founder & Managing Director of Rothera Group. Starting professional life as a Civil Engineer in the tunnels at Faslane Submarine Base, Anne progressed through a number of career moves cumulating in the formation of Rothera Group in 2008.

Anne now delivers tender and proposal support to companies throughout the world. 

Joined by a number of associates, she helps companies to win more business, motivate their staff, operate more efficiently and strengthen their corporate brand.

Anne is a strategic thinker and skilled communicator. Drawing on experience gained in several industry sectors she specialises in transferring knowledge between individuals, groups and organisations. She retains her engineering background and ensures all training is practical, relevant and targeted.

Anne regularly works with clients from the public, private and third sectors. These clients are bidding for work in the public and private sectors, and for funding from the public sector.

She has private sector clients in all major industrial sectors from manufacturing to professional services and from construction to software. They range in size from micro-SMEs to global multinationals.
