Bonnie is the Director for Scotland for Badenoch & Clark and has been working within the recruitment sector for over 15 years. She is a graduate in the Psychology of Human Communication and French, and is passionate about personal and team development. Bonnie has been responsible for a diverse range of business sectors throughout her career, and has specialized in HR, Executive Search and Senior Interim roles within the Public Sector and Banking & Finance within Scotland. Bonnie was responsible for the delivery of a number of high profile National Framework contracts and has been pivotal in leveraging smaller contracts into international opportunities. Prior to this Bonnie ran her own business for 5 years and had clients across Europe. She has currently been working within in a corporate Plc environment as a director for over 12years.
Bonnie has been managing, supporting and directing teams throughout her career and is dedicated about helping people reach their potential. Her current remit is to develop the Scottish business at Badenoch & Clark and to work with clients to ensure they are aware of the breadth of scope the company has to offer in Scotland, building on the quality service that clients have historically enjoyed.
In addition to her executive role Bonnie has a small portfolio of Non-Exec roles. She is a Director of the Charity Women onto Work (WOW) that supports women into meaningful work. She is also on the Advisory Board for Investing Women the Angel Investment Syndicate that encourages women angel investors to invest in women entrepreneurs. She is also a co-chair for Changing the Chemistry an organisation that strives to encourage Diversity of Thought on Boards.
Bonnie won the IoD Female Director of the Year in 2014 and is also a Judge for the ASB National Business Awards.
