Dr Jamie Coleman is Managing Director of CodeBase, the UK's largest tech incubator with companies such as Kotikan, Rightscale, Cloudsoft and Float. He is also currently founder and Director of the Turing Festival; a Board member of The Edinburgh International Festival; Chief Executive of GlycoSys, an open medicine technology company and a Board Member of ScotlandIS, the Software Trade Body in Scotland. Jamie began his career in Cardiovascular Disease and Diabetic Pregnancy. He has been involved for many years in biotechnology and commercialisation within the Life Sciences.  He has founded and acted as Director in companies involved in science animation, educational software and medical data.
