About this event
Jo Macsween is a haggis aficionado, food lover and writer, and grew up doing her homework in the offices of her family’s butcher’s shop, amidst the heady aroma of freshly steamed haggis. Jo believes that company scale is no barrier to being an influential world-class player, and as Macsween’s brand ambassador has led the evolution of the business from small regional producer to a multi award-winning national category leader. She is passionate about Scotland’s national dish and is the driving force behind the evolution of haggis from a much maligned food into a versatile ingredient.
