She extensively advised on licensing and regulatory aspects relating to some of the largest gambling operators in Gibraltar and at present leads the development of Addison Global Limited's business strategy.
She is an honours graduate in English and Spanish Law from the University of Kent, England and also studied at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain. Called to the Bar of England and Wales and Gibraltar in 2001. She is a registered Trust and Estates Practitioner and has advised extensively on non contentious trust matters.

Isabel is the CEO of Atlantic Financial Group, benefiting from over fifteen years of experience in managing and advising international high-net-worth clients with regards to financial planning and financial investments.
She had previously worked for a number of years at Bank Vontobel in Zurich, in different positions within the Private Banking Department for the Latin American market. After moving to Spain, she worked in the Wealth Management Department of Barclays Bank, developing and offering Private Banking Services to the mainly international clientele. In addition to her financial expertise and leadership skills, Isabel speaks five languages (German, Spanish, Italian, English and French) and is able to adapt to different cultures. She has particularly developed her taste for family office type, personalised services. Isabel also heads Atlantic Capital Ltd.
As the eldest daughter of a successful self made man, Naomi worked for the family business from a very young age. Having grasped what was involved in all the elements of running a retail company at a grass roots level (by approximately the age of 12..) Naomi went on to complete her education and training, choosing to go in a totally different direction from what was expected, like so many others who thought they knew it all at 20! She then went on to work for a number of companies across a span of different sectors, until eventually finding her happy place and returning to the books to study creative advertising and marketing.
Since moving to Gibraltar in 2001 Naomi, in her role as a director at the Colorworks Group, has worked alongside over 150 different companies, ensuring the successful delivery of brands, campaigns, products and services to market. She was invited to join the board of the Gibraltar Chamber of Commerce in 2015 and also independently consults for a number of successful property development companies. Whilst keeping a forensic eye on global trends and having what might be described as an obsession for detail, Naomi’s solid business acumen combined with her creative approach to communication planning has resulted in the formation of long lasting work relationships.
