- Kaisa Savola is the Founder and CEO of Talbit, a platform that visualizes current and future skills and keeps people & organizations skilled with personalized and skill development growth plans. Passionate about strategic and inclusive people and career development. Canadian living in Finland, background in IT, MBA and mother of 3.

- Helene Auramo is the CEO & Co-Founder of Prönö. Future Board Member of the Year 2022. Co-Founder of Slush, Indiedays, Zipipop, Okimo Clinic. Board Member: Fodelia Oyj.
