Neal Murthy's expertise lies in the use of intuitive and creative techniques in organizational development and strategy. He is the Chairman of Haven Holdings, through which he holds stakes in over 150 early-stage companies. In parallel with this, he is an active partner in three startups - Nefer Games, a game company, RailEyes, a media service company, and BellEdison, a telecommunications device company. Prior to his current activities, Neal was the CEO of the enterprise SaaS company Qukku. Prior to this, he was the co-founder and managing director of the start-up consultancy, Indalo Solutions, through which he personally advised over 300 start-ups worldwide. Previous positions also included work as an oil-and-gas consultant and the former founder/director of The Nefer Group, a boutique management consultancy. In addition to his work as a consultant and entrepreneur, Neal has been a lecturer in finance/economics, management, and entrepreneurship at the University of Houston since 2003. Neal holds a bachelor's in economics/mathematics, master's in finance and economics, and an MBA from the Bauer College at the University of Houston.
