Sheba Najmi is the Founder & Executive Director of Code for Pakistan, a non-profit she started over 6 years ago that pairs technologists with the government to help make public services more user-centered. In addition, Sheba is Senior Design Manager at LinkedIn in San Francisco, leading two teams of product designers responsible for the LinkedIn Profile and LinkedIn Search.

Prior to that, she worked at Yahoo! for over 6 years leading User Experience Design before entering the world of Civic Tech and becoming a Code for America Fellow in 2012. Sheba has MS and BS degrees in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University.
