Kamran founded KZR Associates in 1991 and pioneered the self-improvement and organizational development (OD) movement in Pakistan. KZR has since spawned Navitus (www.navitus.biz), School of Leadership (www.sol.edu.pk); and Riz Consulting (www.rizconsulting.biz). Having served its purpose, KZR now lives in cyberspace (www.kzr.co) and its former associates continue working on its mission of Developing the Human Factor in their respective organizations. . Kamran serves on the boards of Navitus, SoL, SoLF and is founding member and vice president of the Intercultural Communication and Leadership School (ICLS: www.intercivilization.net) headquartered in Rome. He has authored four books and contributes articles on management and leadership to Pakistan’s leading business magazine, Blue Chip (www.bluechipmag.com). He holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland, UK, where he majored in organization development. He is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Inc., having completed courses in Management, Executive Image, Effective Speaking and Human Relations. He has attended a number of international courses that include “Leadership for the 21st Century”, at the J F K School of Government, Harvard University; Dr Peter Senge’s “The Learning Organization – Building a Sustainable Future”; and “Strategic Leadership and Change Management” at the Wharton SMU Program, in Singapore. Kamran is an approved training resource for members of YPO (Young President’s Organization), headquartered in the United States. Prior to founding KZR, Kamran lived and worked in London for twenty years. He was a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS) as well as being a member of two Toastmasters clubs in Greater Vancouver BC, the Rocky Point Toastmasters and City of the Arts Toastmasters (2006-7). Kamran travels extensively on voluntary and paid speaking and consulting engagements mainly in South Asia and Europe. Kamran is based in Islamabad.
