About the speaker
Danu Wicaksana is Managing Director of Good Doctor Technology Indonesia (Grab Health), a joint venture between Softbank, Grab, and Ping An Good Doctor, world's largest telehealth company which is listed in HK stock exchange. Good Doctor service is currently accessible inside Grab application, better known as Grab Health. Prior to this, Danu was the CEO of LinkAja, one of the largest e-money in Indonesia with 10 SOE backing; CEO of Telkomsel TCASH, Managing Director of Berrybenka, and Engagement Manager with McKinsey&Company. He received his bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from ITB (Bandung Institute of Technology), MSc. in Advanced Chemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham and MBA in Finance from Wharton Business School.
About Good Doctor Technology Indonesia (Grab Health)
PT Good Doctor Technology Indonesia was established in Indonesia in 2019 as a telehealth company with a vision of ‘One Doctor for One Family in Indonesia’. It aims to reimagine the healthcare delivery in Indonesia, amidst lack of sufficiency in multiple aspects e.g., number of doctors, healthcare facilities. Equipped with its technology capability and global experience from its shareholders, Good Doctor Technology Indonesia aims to connect healthcare professionals with patients in delivering high-quality medical services to overcome time and distance boundaries without undermining the importance of physical examinations as part of a key important part of diagnosing practice.
