Anas Akel, is a US trained lawyer that advises companies and foreign investors with their corporate set ups and operations in Saudi Arabia and he handles a wide array of corporate, and commercial transactions for multinational and family group companies. His background also includes representation on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, insurance, and capital markets matters. Anas also works with numerous startup companies and entrepreneurs and advises them through all stages of development. He holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of San Diego and a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law. Anas also lectures in the MBA program at Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College and conducts regular seminars for entrepreneurs at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology and other institutions.
