He has worked at United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) as Deputy Project Manager in Information and Communications Technology. His specialties include: ICT Strategy & Policy Planning, eGovernance, eCommerce, ERP, CRM, Financial Management, eLearning, Mobile Government, Internet & Mobile Marketing, Web Development Database Design and Development. He has a Masters degree in e-Business Management from the International University of Japan and a Bachelor degree in Management Information Systems from the International Islamic University of Malaysia.
