In this event of Startup Grind, we present a housewife who made it to become a successful woman entrepreneur.

Ms. Zarifa Razaee a successful housewife who also made it to become a successful woman entrepreneur initially started producing organic food products at home branded as “Sama”. She attended technical training programs organized by the Ministry of Agriculture which further made her understand the technical aspects of organic food production.

In the year 2019, Ms. Zarifa felt the need of understanding business basics to grow her home-based food production to a formal business. She was introduced to the business incubation programs by the Ministry of Agriculture. She attended a formal business incubation program at Aghaez Professional Services and formally started a food production factory in the Paghman district of Kabul province. She registered the formal company under the “Bushra Tranum” brand name and added more products to the product line.
