This session is built for founders and entrepreneurs preparing for investment or thinking about how to optimize their exit strategy. Also great for students and others interested in venture capital, and community members active in the startup ecosystem.
​A keynote and panel will explore how founder health, energy management, burnout prevention shape a founders and company’s ability to grow and ultimately exit. Speakers will share what investors look for in healthy, exit-ready leaders and how personal well-being influences decision-making, valuation, and long-term outcomes. Breakout groups give attendees space to reflect, compare experiences, and gather practical tools to support sustainable performance throughout every stage of the entrepreneurial journey.
