Mr. Carmichael has over 20 years of operational and senior management experience in the medical device industry. He has held numerous positions in both large and small enterprises as an investor, board member, and executive of innovative medical technology companies. Mr. Carmichael began his career in Wall Street as an Officer of Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. and an Associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft. He has a BA & MBA from Michigan State University and a JD from New York Law School, where he was a Law Review Editor. He is a member of the bar in New York, Washington D.C., and the United States Supreme Court. Also, he is a 30 year member of Professional Ski Instructors of America.
