Leith Martin is an investor, Co-founder, CEO and President of UBIQUITA (now Equiinet), a company which provides intelligently integrated voice and IT services for businesses, supported by a 24/7 system monitoring with response. Leith joined the UBIQUITA founding team in 2010 after selling his ownership in Turnipseed International (TI) where he was the President for eleven years managing an annual growth rate of 40% during that time. Turnipseed International provided fabricated steel and other engineered construction components to large national hotel and restaurant chains in the United States. Under his leadership, TI’s sales grew and profitability improved by expanding its operations in India and opened two offices in Bangalore, one provided the engineering services for US based businesses and the other did specialized programming, IT services and back office functions for IT.
