Mr. Fitts is the President of the Gold Coast Venture Capital Association, a 30 year-old organization whose mission is to connect investors, entrepreneurs and service providers in South Florida. The GCVCA produces approximately nine events a year from Palm Beach to Miami in furtherance of its mission, including its flagship events. The GCVCA Expo, each February, and Meet the Angels, each September, both of which attract over 500 attendees. Mr. Fitts is also CEO of Trident Global, LLC, a Coral Gables based management consulting firm that is focused on early-stage and lower middle market companies. Mr. Fitts has over twenty-five plus years of experience buying, selling, financing, building, growing, integrating and re-organizing businesses, both domestically and abroad, for organizations such as Goldman Sachs & Co. and Prudential Financial. Mr. Fitts is a graduate of Washington and Lee University and he received his MBA from The George Washington University. Additionally, Mr. Fitts has completed The Wharton School's Mergers and Acquisitions Program and the Center for Creative Leadership's Leadership Development Program. Mr. Fitts is also the President of the Washington and Lee University Miami Alumni Chapter.
