He co-leads a team of over 65 product designers, engineers and business strategists working with partner entrepreneurs to develop digital products and launch companies. Charles manages sophisticated, multi-disciplinary engineering projects that lead to the launch of industry-transforming ideas.

Previously, Charles co-founded 5DPI Media, where he led business development, UI/UX design, and product architecture. He helped create over 20 software products and platforms for enterprises and small-to-medium sized businesses across multiple industries. Charles also held an IT-security position with the Miami Dade Public School System. Charles studied Business Management and Marketing at Florida International University, and is a recognized leader and speaker within Miami’s startup scene.
