Gabriela Sabaté is passionate about innovation in healthcare, telecom, energy and social impact. She founded Health Semantics to address big healthcare problems through tech, clinical, and community touchpoints. They enable screening, prevention, and treatment of chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, obesity, transforming patient experience and improving outcomes.

Fireside chat with Gabriela Sabaté CEO of Health Semantics a tech entrepreneur, executive and investor experienced in leading, creating and operating entrepreneurial companies and new corporate businesses.

She founded Health Semantics to address the prevention and treatment of chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and asthma through innovative care delivery models, and to explore new therapeutics in biotech and genomics through new ventures as investor and co-founder.

Gabriela was Executive Director of Softbank Latin America, CTO and General Manager at IBM Central America.

She is candidate for the Master of Health Care Innovation at University of Pennsylvania, has an MBA from University of Florida, and a BS in Information Technology from University of Buenos Aires, School of Engineering.

She is passionate about being a mentor (and mentee) of her two children, entrepreneur in residence at Babson WIN Lab, member of the Board of Advisors at MDC Idea Center, mentor at FIU and women in tech, and kayaking.
